- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service without our written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Misdirect offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Misdirect (practice logs, routine data, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your content to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Misdirect platform, including its design, software, and branding, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written consent.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Misdirect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
